County Boards of Developmental Disabilities (DD) must validate their child count for the first full week of October 2012. The information from this report is critical to funding calculations. Please complete and return the documents no later than Friday, October 26, 2012.

County Boards of DD must submit the following documents:

• The excel spreadsheet untitled County Board of DD Validation of Child Count October 2012
• The County Board of DD Validation of Child Count Instructions and Assurances
