State CTE targets for each Perkins IV core indicator of performance in Secondary, Postsecondary and Adult are negotiated with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Vocational and Adult Education. For Year 1, performance targets were negotiated for three Secondary indicators. For Years 2-6, performance targets were negotiated for all Secondary, Postsecondary and Adult indicators. Student definitions and actual performance for Years 1-3 are also provided.
