Program Audit and Compliance Tracking System (PACTS)

PACTS is an application that helps districts and community schools monitor how well they are meeting the legal requirements of No Child Left Behind and other federally funded programs. It is strictly a tool for self-evaluation and may not reflect actual compliance to any programs receiving federal funds.

Users who are associated with an organization and assigned to one of the following roles in their organization in the Ohio Educational Directory System (OEDS-R) are allowed access to PACTS:

  • CCIP Authorized Representative
  • CCIP Fiscal Representative
  • Superintendent
  • Principal
  • Treasurer
  • Director
  • Executive Director
  • Coordinator – Federal Programs
  • Coordinator – Title I Programs
