Cleveland Non-Public Participating School Information

Our mission statement:  To provide the children of the city of Cleveland a choice and chance at the best educational opportunities available.

The Cleveland Scholarship and Tutoring Program (CSTP) provides new educational choices for children in kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Students who currently reside in the Cleveland Municipal School District, and will be in grades K-12 for the next school year are eligible for this program.

Beginning with the 2013-2014 school year, the Cleveland Scholarship Program’s student application system is being merged into the student application system currently being used by the Autism Scholarship Program and the Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship Program. The completion of the new student application system will take several months as various phases are finished and added to the new system.  For consistency among all four scholarship programs, schools are referred to as “providers,” not as “schools,” in the new system.  School principals were recently e-mailed information regarding the new registration process.  Registration is completely on-line in the new system.  Below are tutorials that have been developed to guide you through the new student application system.
