House Bill 1 of the 128th General Assembly requires the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) to report performance data based on the achievement assessments taken by students receiving the Cleveland Scholarship.
The assessment data reported are from the Spring administrations of the OAA and OGT. The data are reported by resident school district and participating private school. Assessment data for schools with fewer than 10 scholarship students taking the assessments in a specific grade level are NOT reported.
