FY12 EMIS Manual

The content of the EMIS Manual includes data definitions, requirements, and procedures for reporting and transferring data to the Department. The intended audience of the manual is primarily EMIS Coordinators and ITC sites.

 Column (col) 1 contains the Word version in which areas of change from the previous year's version are highlighted or struck through. Col 2 contains the PDF version which contains no highlights or stike throughs indicating changes. PDF's will not be generated until the August (version 1) release. Col 3 contains the Rectifications & Refinements (see below).

 R & R (Rectifications & Refinements)Purpose
The purpose of this document is to keep a history of revisions (including: clarifications, changes, and/or updates) made to the EMIS Manual after version 1 (August) release. This document reflects revisions communicated through the EMIS Newsflash. If revisions contained in this document are still applicable in FY 2012, they will be incorporated into the FY 2013 EMIS Manual.
