House Bill 115 requires the Ohio Department of Education to convene a State Regional Alliance Advisory Board (SRAAB). This Board will: develop common language and understanding regarding the Educational Regional Service System (ERSS); ensure common understanding of the SRAAB’s membership; ensure common understanding regarding the purpose and scope of the SRAAB; provide opportunities for Regional Advisory Councils to share progress updates and best practices; provide opportunities for input on future agenda and increase statewide sense of ownership in the SRAAB, and; discuss issues that have risen across the state.
