The Ohio Department of Education created a process that enables Joint Vocational School Districts (JVSDs) to receive timely Ohio Graduation Tests (OGT) score data on students enrolling in these districts. The process began with students enrolling in a JVSD for the first time in the 2008-2009 school year. The procedures manual in the link below contains step-by-step instructions, permission form, OGT score release certification form and student data file layout.
