Educator Profile

The Educator Profile tool allows teachers and administrators to easily track licensure data from the beginning to the end of the process. You will be able to find the most commonly requested information, including credential history, application status and assignment data, in one streamlined location. You can search for what you need from your own computer, on your own schedule.

All you need are an ODE SAFE account and an Internet connection to access the Educator Profile tool. OEDS roles are not required.

If you have an active SAFE account, simply SIGN-IN at this location:
https://webapp2.ode.state.oh.us/portal/ and select the “ODE.CORE Educator Profile” link from the list of applications on your ODE Web Portal (SAFE account) home page.

If you do not have a SAFE account, you can request one online and in most cases complete the SAFE account creation process in less than five minutes.You will need your Ohio Driver License or Ohio State Identification number to register.  Please go to this location to SIGN-UP for a SAFE account: https://webapp2.ode.state.oh.us/portal/signup/
