This resource was created to assist districts in validating staff data that appear on the Invalid_Cert_Course, Invalid_K8_Course, and Invalid_Cert_Job Reports generated by ODE. The search has been updated with FY2009 data.
Search for Regular Teaching Certificates and Licenses
These are individuals for whom a course master has been submitted, i.e., with a position code of 230 with an assignment area of 999370 or 999800.

Search for Special Education Teaching Certificates and Licenses
This section is for those teachers reported with position code 230 and assignment area 999414, 999380, 999412, or 999413.
OR
Search for Job Certificates and Licenses
This can be used to see if an individual has state-authorized certification/licensure for the position for which she or he was hired. (The position code/assignment area combination is checked against the cert/license type, teaching area combination.)
